Refund Policy for Raw With Peace 

1. General At Raw With Peace, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy outlined below.

2. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service.

5. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Sale items

• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
