Shipping policy

1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and offer you the choice to wait for restocking, replace with another item, or receive a refund.

2. Delivery Location Items are shipped worldwide, unless otherwise stated. Certain restrictions may apply resulting in shipping limitations in specific regions or countries.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to change based on third-party shipping carriers or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Damaged Items in Transit If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

6. Tracking Information Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided (if applicable) allowing you to track your package directly with the chosen courier.

7. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit If you believe a package has been lost in transit, please let us know within 15 days from the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to determine the issue. Raw With Peace is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the provided address.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes Raw With Peace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
